All I want is a game that doesn't crash every 15 minutes, and one that is designed to be used on a PC, not one with an interface that is butchered from a console version and lacks any kind of common sense (what do you mean I can't double click? Click in two different places, are you mad?)
Regarding the ME2 story, it felt way too straightforward, and by this I mean the fact that you were told from the start what was expected of you and it was pretty easy to know how the game ended - destroying the Collector's base.
Also, at least when comparing to Dragon Age Origins (another one of BioWare's more recent RPGs), the party characters had very few things to say and lacked a lot of depth.
This said, I fully agree with all the other points you mentioned.
PS: you might want to check Dragon Age Origins for a more "beefy" RPG
-i think 'heatsink as ammo' is quite fun, not a bad idea, but either way i'm okay. -ditch minigames surely, it's quite fun at first but gets boring and reduces replayability the rest of it is pretty much the same as your idea
You made so many good points. I like the cover system in ME2 but like you said i think they should make it a little better and the there were just so few weapons. for me it was like using the same weapon over and over again because none of the other ones could match up. The heat clips in ME2 were a waste of time they should just stick to using the unlimited ammo with the overheat meter. The scanning minigame sucked loved the vehicle though. great article btw.
All the points that he made where so stuped in my opinion and i cant beleve that you would want the heat clips to be elimanated and go back to to the overheating weponds when if you do overheat the guns it takes olmost a full min to fire your gun and that can realy kill you more than just taking 3 seconds to get full ammo back. So witch do you realy want 1 min to fire your gun ro 3 seconds to start killing people. and the thing with the mako sucked i hated the mako but dont forget how mutch fun it was to use the firewalker in ME2
